race coming...
Woohooz, found the qualifying session to be quite exciting, with the leaderboards shaking up each time a driver completes his lap, and especially so when some supposed top contenders started to drop out before the final qualifying session. On with the race!

race day soon!
Race starts in 2 days! Caught both practice sessions on tv, its a cool backdrop once again, and its always cool to observe the 1st person view from the driver's perspective ,but we can also observe as well how dull and colourless the street circuit is for the drivers. Hoping that it will be an even better race this year... On a side note, Im fairly sure some of the drivers are like, hey, we like this country and its sights, but can we just scrap this off the racing list, its so narrow, bumpy, humid...

disappointing...
That is, the Games Convention Asia event at Suntec this year. Within 5 minutes of entering the exhibit, me and my friend knew we had made a wasted trip. Vastly different compared to the inaugural edition last year, this edition features far less gaming booths, with a practical no show by the Playstation gang. Heck, instead of being an event where all games could be tried for free, there were a few arcade machines where payment was needed for play. Gosh. To think a mini games booth (score a goal, shoot a target, blow balloons etc) was the highlight for us, duh.

Anyway caught a replica model (should be?) of a F1 race car at Marina Square:

Looking forward to the race!

9
Movie time again... Though have to admit, made a pretty uninspired choice this time by catching the movie 9. Very short movie, lack of plot movements, and an ending that led nowhere, though the action was at least rather intense. Had a nice outing anyway with 2 gal pals, another bdae meeting as usual, looking forward to the next bdae trip!
